Thus, in order to
achieve our big goals, attention has been paid to permanent growth and
improvement of personnel’s specialized capabilities. To establish its quality
and safety structure, the organization has met requirements and requisites of
international standards and is currently seeking HACCP, ISO 9001:2008, Halal
and BRC certification and its personnel are obliged to understand, fulfill and
maintain the requirements of these systems.
The management
representative is responsible for evaluating the performance rounds of these
systems and I am responsible to provide any resources needed for the food
quality and safety management system.
